## Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to support and demonstrate excellence to our Merrimack production workforce. As a System Administrator SR, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems., * Daily management of the ServiceNow dashboard

 * Providing clear communication during and after troubleshooting incident tickets
 * Ensuring quick resolution times for incidents and requests through the facility
 * Collaborating with other BAE IT groups to ensure IT assets meet security compliance standards
 * Serving as an escalation point for other System Administrators
 * Leading projects, initiatives, or audits from an IT perspective to ensure a positive outcome for the stakeholders that is on time and on budget. This will include involving other required IT teams, vendors, etc.
 * Creating, deploying, and maintaining server infrastructure
 * Creating and maintaining documentation
 * Demonstrate a leadership mentality while being ready and able to fill in temporarily for a people-leader if the need arises
 * Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in an area that may be required by your manager to fill out an area of weakness in the team.
 * Demonstrate ability to work with stakeholders, especially engineering and vendors, to ensure all test stands and production equipment is working as expected, delivering excellent IT service.

Work Schedule:

 * Full-time onsite position
 * Weekly on-call rotation with other System Administrators
