## About the Role

* Experience building interactive dashboards, reports, and data models
 * Experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data visualization, and predictive modeling
 * Experience using Micro sof t Power Platform Tools such as Power Automate
 * Experience with Python, including Pandas, NumPy, API integration, SQL, ETL, and ELT
 * Ability to brief senior leaders
 * Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and gaps over time
 * Ability to build and maintain data pipelines and connectors to automate recurring data ingestion
 * Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
 * Bachelor's degree

 * Experience building internal analytics platforms and data products
 * Experience translating leadership priorities and assessment requirements into analytic products
 * Experience with Databricks or PySpark
 * Knowledge of application architecture design
