## About the Role

Position Requirements (Skills, Knowledge, Abilities): · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MIS, or related field. · 7+ years of experience in Project Management. · 3-5+ years of experience leading Data Integration Projects · PMP + CSM required - Project Management certification, in good standing. · Agile Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) required. · Deep understanding of modern data analytics, data lake, Data Bricks medallion architecture, data integration, ETL/ELT technology platforms. · Familiarity with Change Management frameworks (PROSCI, ADKAR preferred). · Ability to manage multiple overlapping projects with discretion and confidentiality. · Demonstrates strong team leadership, fluid partnering interaction style, clear and concise written & verbal communication skills. · Excellent verbal and written communication. · Technical mindset with problem-solving agility, can organize and facilitate a technical discussion with data integration
developers, analytics/dashboard developers, solution and data architects. · Smartsheet and Jira. Hands-on ability to edit/create Smartsheet Project Management plans, dashboard status reporting; similar with Jira. Proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira project administration including dashboard configuration and maintenance. Also open to Asana, for organizing projects, assign tasks, and tracking deadlines. · Familiarity with Change Management frameworks (PROSCI, ADKAR preferred). · Ability to manage multiple overlapping projects with discretion and confidentiality. Background in Data Engineering, ideally with hands-on experience in the data space before transitioning into a role leading data-focused projects.

appropriate training and support. · Partner with business process owners, application functional analysts, data architects, data engineers and SMEs to define project scope, plan/schedule, resource requirements, technical tasks dependencies, testing/UAT, training and deployment. Work with vendors as applicable. · Build backlogs, conduct sprint planning and execution with focus on driving the working team to refine estimates, ensure user stories are broken down to detailed level such that it can be translated into actionable development tasks. Oversee sprint execution, deployment/releases and retrospectives. Maintain a roll-up project plan that summarizes sprint progress for business-context status updates. · Proactively communicate to ensure well-coordinated project execution, manage risks and issues and provide transparency to stakeholders and executive sponsors. · Partner with internal stakeholders on Change Management considerations to ensure a successful sequencing of
communications, training and deployment of new reporting analytics across wider divisions. · Collaborate with colleagues using multiple back-office productivity and collaboration tools: Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Box, Google Workspace (Gmail, GCalendar, GChat, Gemini-AI), Zoom, Lucid Charts, PowerPoint. · Oversee planning and completion of User Acceptance Test (UAT) in non-production environments. Ensure technical SQA testing is documented and executed successfully prior to UAT/DITL. · Adhere, advocate and contribute improvements to PMO framework and project management standards. Flex with technical groups working in Agile formats (Scrum, Kanban) to derive hybrid project plans. · Partner with receiving Technology App/System Manager to compile "Transition to Support" Plan, including a Control Plan that defines PMO value-tracking KPIs and timing. · Conduct project health assessments, lessons learned as directed by PMO, project sponsors. · Adhere, advocate and contribute
improvements to PMO framework and project management standards.
