Broader experience with EIBs, Studio and/or BIRT is a plus. Knowledge of HR and HR processes is essential. Warehouse, Retail and/or Union workforce experience is a plus. Strong communication skills are key - using PowerPoint, Visio or other visualization tools to drive dialogue and decision making. Ability to elicit business requirements & translate those into system requirements is a must.
