Reporting to the Vice President of Transformation, this role partners closely with executive leadership, corporate functions, and business stakeholders to establish a data-driven operating model that unlocks enterprise value through trusted, accessible, and actionable data. You will drive enterprise-wide initiatives focused on data strategy, governance, analytics, AI enablement, business intelligence, and data modernization. The role requires a unique combination of strategic thinking, business acumen, transformation leadership, and data expertise to ensure data becomes a competitive advantage across the enterprise. You will report directly to the VP Transformation and work from our Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, Rosemont, IL, or Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule., Enterprise Data Strategy * Define and lead the enterprise business data strategy aligned with corporate transformation objectives and long-term business priorities. * Establish a multi-year roadmap for data modernization, governance, analytics, and AI enablement. * Identify opportunities to leverage data as a strategic asset to drive growth, operational excellence, customer value, and productivity improvements. * Partner with executive leadership to prioritize data initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.
