## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Reliability Engineering.
 * Engineering Technology or equivalent technical experience may be accepted.
 * 3+ years in industrial maintenance, reliability engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
 * Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance.
 * Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, reliability data analysis and PLC/controls knowledge.
 * Project management

## Description

* Analyze equipment failures, downtime, and maintenance history to identify recurring problems.
 * Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on chronic and critical equipment failures.
 * Develop and improve Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs.
 * Partner with maintenance technicians to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls-related equipment.
 * Develop equipment criticality assessments and asset reliability strategies.
 * Manage reliability improvement projects and capital projects.
