## About the Role

You bring 10+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience with at least 3 years of hands-on SailPoint implementation expertise. You have strong knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, identity governance, access certifications, RBAC, provisioning, and user lifecycle management. Experience integrating SailPoint with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, and cloud platforms is highly valued. You possess hands-on experience with Java, BeanShell, REST APIs, and enterprise directory services. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to independently lead identity governance initiatives in large enterprise environments. As a SailPoint Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SailPoint solutions that improve access control, automate identity lifecycle management, and support regulatory compliance initiatives., You will lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions across enterprise environments. You will design identity lifecycle management processes, provisioning and deprovisioning workflows, access certification campaigns, role-based access controls, and governance policies. You will integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, Salesforce, cloud platforms, and other business applications.
