## About the Role

* 12+ years overall and 5+ years of engineering leadership experience managing software development and quality assurance teams, with significant experience delivering complex enterprise software products and solutions.
 * Experience delivering client-funded development or customer-driven product enhancements.
 * Strong technical background in Java/J2EE and Core Java, enterprise integration, APIs and services, databases and SQL.
 * Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles, modern engineering practices, Agile or Lean development and the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle.
 * Strong delivery, problem-solving, stakeholder-management and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build, motivate and develop high-performing engineering teams., * Experience with Supply Chain Finance, Trade Finance, Working Capital or commercial banking technology, including working with banks, financial institutions, corporate buyers or suppliers.
 * Experience turning client-funded requirements into reusable product capabilities and working with globally distributed engineering and client teams.
 * Experience with microservices, REST APIs, containerized platforms, continuous integration and continuous delivery, DevSecOps, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript or modern web technologies.

## Description

As a Senior Manager - Engineering, you will lead software development and quality assurance teams delivering enterprise Supply Chain Finance solutions, including strategic product capabilities and client-funded enhancements. You will combine engineering leadership, delivery ownership, Supply Chain Finance domain knowledge and client engagement. Working closely with Product, Architecture and Professional Services, you will translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable product capabilities.
Your key responsibilities

 * Lead software development and quality assurance teams delivering product roadmaps and client-funded initiatives, while coaching and developing high-performing teams.
 * Own engineering delivery from requirements and solution design through development, testing, release and production readiness.
 * Partner with Professional Services, Product and Architecture to define solutions, manage dependencies and address delivery risks.
 * Turn client-funded requirements into reusable and configurable product capabilities while minimizing unnecessary client-specific customization.
 * Manage scope, milestones, quality and delivery commitments while ensuring solutions meet security, performance, scalability, resilience and supportability standards., As a Senior Manager - Engineering, you will help shape enterprise Supply Chain Finance capabilities by connecting client requirements with sustainable product engineering. You will guide teams in delivering client-funded enhancements that can become reusable and configurable capabilities rather than unnecessary client-specific customizations. Your leadership will help ensure solutions are secure, scalable, resilient and supportable while strengthening collaboration across engineering, Product, Architecture and Professional Services.
