## Description

Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Architect is required to fix certain Payroll Issues. Bridge business requirements with technical execution to ensure accurate wage calculations, tax compliance, and seamless integrations., * Solution Architecture & Design: Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Global Payroll solution designs, workshops, and operating models.

 * System Configuration: Configure payroll elements, balances, costing, calculation rules, and complex Payroll Fast Formulas.
 * Legislative & Union Compliance: Manage Federal, State, and Local taxation, W-2/year-end processing, garnishments, and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) for union/non-union workforces.
 * Core HR & Ecosystem Alignment: Oversee setup for Core HR, Legal Employers, Payroll Statutory Units (PSUs), and Tax Reporting Units (TRUs).
 * Integrations & Testing: Direct payroll-to-Finance/GL integrations, third-party vendor connections (ADP, banks, benefit providers), parallel payroll runs, CRP, UAT, and go-live stabilization.
