## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
 * Working knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases
 * Familiarity with Power BI (or a comparable BI/visualization tool) and willingness to build deep expertise here
 * Exposure to or interest in Microsoft Fabric and modern data platform concepts
 * Comfort working in VS Code or a similar code editor
 * Interest in using AI tools to build workflows, along with a basic understanding of concepts like MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Skills (or eagerness to learn them quickly)
 * Strong foundational analytical skills: data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, and translating numbers into a clear narrative

## Description

We're hiring an entry level Business Intelligence Analyst to join our data team and help turn raw data into insights that drive decisions across the business. You'll work hands-on with SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric to build and maintain reporting, while learning to use AI-assisted tools to work faster and smarter. This is an entry-level role with a clear growth path as your technical skills develop., * Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources

 * Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders across departments
 * Support data pipelines and workflows within Microsoft Fabric
 * Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into clear, actionable visualizations
 * Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate research, documentation, and repetitive analysis tasks
 * Maintain documentation of data sources, definitions, and dashboard logic
 * Troubleshoot data quality issues and flag discrepancies before they reach stakeholders
