## About the Role

* Strong experience building full stack web applications (must-have) * Hands-on experience with spec-driven development and AI-assisted coding (required) * Experience working in cloud environments (Azure preferred) * Hands-on experience with: * API integrations and data ingestion * Modern frontend + backend development * Experience working with or alongside data platforms (Snowflake or similar) * Ability to operate in a greenfield environment and help define the path forward * Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work autonomously * Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, data, engineering) Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and design decisions to non-technical stakeholders * Experience with healthcare, clinical engineering, or asset management systems * Exposure to AI/ML or agent-based development environments * Strong UI/UX or product-minded design experience Background working in data-heavy applications

## Description

What You'll Be Doing * Design and build scalable web applications from the ground up * Ingest and integrate data from multiple APIs and systems * Work closely with Snowflake-backed data environments to power application functionality * Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to bring solutions to life * Leverage AI-assisted development tools (Claude, CodeX, etc.) to accelerate delivery * Define application architecture, data flow, and system integrations * Contribute to UI/UX design decisions and overall product experience * Support development of workflows and data insights for Clinical Asset Management tools * Present and demo solutions to stakeholders, including executives
