## About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Training Systems & Data Analyst to support our Field Services training organization. This role will be the primary bridge between data insights and training execution. This position will be responsible for providing actionable project proficiency reports and analyzing experience data to support training and staffing projections for internal project managers and our valued customers.\n, * Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, data analytics, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience); or Associate's with minimum 5 years of experience in a training or learning management role.\n

 * Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency with VBA and macros, data analytics, and data visualization is essential. Python experience would be a plus.\n
 * Smartsheet Expertise: Experience in building and managing project trackers, automated workflows, and dashboards.\n
 * SharePoint Proficiency: Strong background in site design, page architecture, and permission management.\n
 * Technical Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).\n
 * Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex datasets into simple, professional reports for diverse stakeholders.\n, * Previous experience working within an experience-based competency environment.\n
 * Familiarity with LMS platform administration.\n
 * Strong delivery mindset with the ability to balance multiple reporting cycles.\n
