## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline and 12+ years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, subject to contract requirements.\n
 * Hands-on software development experience using Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar programming languages.\n
 * Experience developing or integrating AI/ML solutions, conversational AI applications, or LLM-powered systems.\n
 * Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise application integration.\n
 * Understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including AI agent orchestration, tool calling, context management, and automated workflows.\n
 * Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.\n
 * Familiarity with Natural Language Processing, speech recognition, and conversational AI technologies.\n
 * Experience working within Agile software development environments.\n
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n
 * Ability to meet customer-specific suitability and background investigation requirements.\n, * Hands-on experience developing Agentic AI applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies.\n
 * Experience developing and integrating IVR or contact center applications using Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Genesys Cloud, Twilio, or comparable platforms.\n

 * Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and semantic search capabilities.\n
 * Experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless architectures.\n
 * Experience with prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, AI guardrails, and responsible AI development practices.\n
 * Experience integrating AI applications with legacy enterprise systems.\n
 * Knowledge of federal cybersecurity requirements, including NIST 800-53, FISMA, and secure software development practices.\n
 * Experience supporting federal government customers, particularly civilian agencies.\n
 * Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility requirements.\n
