## About the Role

* Two years related work experience
 * Must have working knowledge of and experience with MS software products
 * demonstrated skills and experience in the administration and support of IT systems and networks
 * Certification as Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or the ability to obtain such within one year
 * Ability to work well with a range of individuals at all levels within the organization.
 * Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone
 * Able to occasionally travel throughout the Twin Cities Metro area
 * Two years of education in a related field: computer science, information technology, etc. a plus

## Description

* Provide consultation and support to all ASI computer users when computer or network problems arise. Troubleshoot access and functionality issues. Work with providers and/or users to remedy problems and prevent future occurrences
 * Install and maintain computer software applications. Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of new systems and applications
 * Assist in maintaining the computer network to ensure access to and performance of all computer systems
 * Monitor the anti-virus software to ensure all devices remain properly protected and virus-free
