## About the Role

* Minimum 3+ years of experience preferred in enterprise deskside / field support
 * Hands-on experience with level 2 Windows deskside support and troubleshooting
 * Experience with endpoint imaging, deployment and IMACD
 * Strong onsite customer service skills
 * Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment
 * Ability to document work accurately
 * Strong collaboration skills

## Description

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Deskside Support Engineer to join their team onsite in Miami, FL and provide support. This is a long term opportunity with the duration of a year, with the possibility of extension., * Perform IMACD tasks

 * Provide break/fix support
 * Stage, build, image, configure and deploy endpoints
 * Perform hardware/software troubleshooting
 * Support asset handling
 * Perform ticket updates
 * Provide end-user support
 * Resolve onsite deskside incidents and requests
 * Maintain accurate ITSM and asset records
 * Assist to coordinate escalations
