* Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent work experience
 * Proven experience managing enterprise-scale environments
 * 4+ years experience in Windows Server / Infrastructure Administration preferred.
 * Hands-on experience with Azure cloud and hybrid solutions, * Windows Server OS (2012-2022)

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Windows and Azure Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure our hybrid IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for the seamless operation of our On-premises and Azure Windows Server environment while driving our ongoing migration and optimization within Microsoft Azure., * On-Premises Administration: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), and DNS/DHCP, File & Print services, IIS, RDS environments

 * Cloud Management: Deploy, configure, and manage scalable Azure resources (VMs, Virtual Networks, Azure AD/Entra ID, and storage).
 * Hybrid Operations: Maintain seamless integration between on-prem infrastructure and Azure using Azure Site Recovery, Azure Backup, Azure Arc, AD Connect, migrations)
 * Automation & Scripting: Streamline daily tasks and deployments using PowerShell and ARM templates.
 * Security & Compliance: Implement robust security patches, role-based access control (RBAC), and monitor systems for vulnerabilities using Azure Security Center. Maintain compliance with organizational and audit standards.
 * Monitoring & Support: Utilize monitoring tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, SCOM) to ensure high availability and resolve Tier 2/3 system issues.
 * Incident & Problem Management: Troubleshoot complex issues across Windows, virtualization, and cloud environments, root cause analysis and resolution for production incidents. Ensure adherence to ITIL-based service management processes
