## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)

 - 12 years of experience in Software Engineering (10 years with a M.S. degree)
 - Experience with full-stack development across one or more areas, including UI/UX, middleware/APIs, back-end development, DevOps, or data science
 - Experience leveraging AI agents for software development and research, such as Claude Code, Codex, or Pi
 - Experience developing applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
 - Experience writing scripts and services in Python
 - Experience with UI frameworks such as Angular or React
 - Familiarity with relational databases, including PostgreSQL or SQLite
 - Familiarity with GitLab and CI/CD workflows
 - Familiarity with Docker and containerized development

## Description

Develop custom full-stack software solutions, including analytic pipelines, web-based visualizations, and workflow automation tools supporting mission operations

 - Collaborate directly with customers to understand mission requirements, gather user feedback, and enhance existing corporate tools
 - Design and develop reliable, intuitive user interfaces and workflows that improve how analysts and operators access and utilize information
 - Build solutions for data visualization, task automation, and workflow improvements
 - Integrate applications and services across diverse systems, teams, and technology stacks
 - Work closely with the team lead, analysts, and developers to identify technical needs and deliver effective solutions
 - Independently drive development projects and proposals, taking ownership throughout the software development lifecycle
 - Support ongoing application maintenance, scripting, and technical documentation in a fast-paced, evolving mission environment
