The Datacenter Operations department plays a crucial role in delivering reliable infrastructure services and ensuring that customers can depend on high-quality technical solutions. Within this environment, the Infrastructure Team is responsible for the deployment and management of rack infrastructure, network equipment and associated hardware.

About the role

Are you an experienced technical leader who enjoys developing people, improving operational processes and delivering excellent customer service?

As Team Manager, you will lead a team of engineers responsible for delivering and maintaining a wide range of data center infrastructure solutions. These include dedicated and colocation racks, shared racks for dedicated servers, and the configuration and deployment of customer network equipment.

You will oversee daily technical operations, ensure efficient service delivery and maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. In addition, you will focus on developing your team, optimizing operational processes and preparing the infrastructure for changing customer requirements.

 * Daily operations: Oversee the team's daily technical activities and ensure that data center processes run smoothly, efficiently and reliably.

 * Infrastructure management: Ensure data center infrastructure meets current and future customer requirements through regular evaluation, maintenance and optimization.
 * Operational efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes and resource utilization.
 * Innovation and improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance departmental processes, introduce improvements and increase operational efficiency.
 * Rack and hardware optimization: Support activities involving occupancy management, hardware migrations, testing new equipment and optimizing rack designs.
 * Network deployment: Oversee the configuration and deployment of network equipment to support customer requirements and reliable service delivery.
