## About the Role

* Experience providing technical customer support, ideally within Engineering.
 * Customer service experience within engineering or a prestige product environment
 * Basic IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Office and Outlook

## Description

* Provide telephone and ticket-based support for tinting machine issues, from mechanical breakdowns to software faults
 * Pick up calls promptly and resolve queries within agreed service levels, prioritising full breakdowns
 * Uphold excellent customer service standards in every interaction
 * Work closely with colleagues across the business to meet shared goals
 * Support wider projects and tasks as needed
