## About the Role

* Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or 5+ years leading data centre commissioning
 * Proven experience commissioning HV/LV, UPS, generators and cooling systems
 * Data centre commissioning experience strongly preferred
 * Strong understanding of integrated systems testing (IST)
 * Excellent organisation, communication and leadership skills
 * Relevant electrical safety and site safety training

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to join a leading data centre delivery team on a major new data centre project in Blyth, Northumberland. This is a key role leading commissioning of critical mechanical and electrical systems through to handover., * Lead the commissioning strategy and delivery across all MEP systems

 * Plan and manage commissioning programmes from Level 1 through Level 5 / IST
 * Coordinate commissioning agents, subcontractors and client representatives
 * Review and approve test scripts, procedures and commissioning documentation
 * Manage energisation, testing and handover in line with safe systems of work
 * Track and close out issues, punch lists and commissioning records
 * Report progress and risks to project leadership
