## About the Role

* Practical experience building and deploying AI or machine learning solutions into production.
 * Strong Microsoft technology experience, particularly Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry and Azure DevOps.
 * Software development skills, ideally Python; JavaScript or additional languages would be advantageous.
 * A sound understanding of LLMs, NLP, machine learning fundamentals and prompt engineering.
 * Experience integrating AI with knowledge sources, business systems or operational workflows.
 * An understanding of data protection and AI regulatory requirements, including GDPR and the EU AI Act.
 * Strong communication skills and a pragmatic approach to delivering dependable solutions.

Legal or professional services experience would be beneficial, but engineers from other complex environments involving sensitive information are encouraged to apply.
