## About the Role

The ideal candidate will come from a strong software development background and have relevant commercial experience working with AI platforms and putting things into production., * Experienced deploying AI solutions into the Microsoft ecosystem.

 * Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry and Azure DevOps.
 * Strong Software development skills. Ideally Python, Javascript and or other.
 * Good understanding of machine learning fundamentals
 * Good understanding of LLMs and NLP
 * Experience with agentic AI and ability to solutions into existing workflows and business systems.
 * Experience with third-party AI platforms and tools, including building proofs of concepts.
 * Experience with integrations to produce reliable AI responses.
