 * Praxis mit der Power Platform (Power Apps Model-driven & Canvas, Power Automate, Power Fx)
 * Erfahrung mit Solution Management, ALM und Versionierung (Git, Azure DevOps)
 * Verständnis für Service- und Außendienstprozesse
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Wünschenswert:

 * Microsoft-Zertifizierungen wie MB-240 (Field Service Functional Consultant), PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) oder PL-600 (Solution Architect)
 * Erfahrung mit Azure-Diensten (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management)
 * Kenntnisse in IoT-Szenarien mit Connected Field Service
 * Erfahrung mit Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO) und komplexen Dispatch-Szenarien

## Description

* Konzeption und Entwicklung von kundenspezifischen Erweiterungen in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service einschließlich Customizing, Konfiguration und Programmierung
 * Implementierung von Geschäftsprozessen rund um Work Order Management, Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO), Dispatch Board, Inventory Management und Service Agreements
 * Entwicklung von Plug-ins, Custom Workflows, PCF Controls (PowerApps Component Framework) sowie clientseitigen Anpassungen mit JavaScript/TypeScript
 * Aufbau von Automatisierungen mit Power Automate, Power Apps und Dataverse
 * Integration in umliegende Systeme (ERP, IoT-Plattformen, Azure-Dienste, Drittsysteme) über REST/OData-APIs, Azure Functions und Service Bus
 * Anpassung der Field Service Mobile App an spezifische Anforderungen der Service-Techniker:innen
 * Mitwirkung bei Lösungsdesign, Architekturentscheidungen, Code-Reviews und Qualitätssicherung
 * Technische Beratung von Fachbereich und Kunden sowie Erstellung technischer Dokumentation
 * Begleitung von Deployments über Solution Management, Pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions) und ALM-Best-Practices
