 + Erstellung und Überarbeitung von Access-Abfragen, Formularen und Reports
 + Entwicklung effizienter SQL-Abfragen und Datenbankstrukturen
 + Mittelfristige Umstellung aller laufenden Reports, Abfragen und Prozesse von Access auf SQL-basierte Lösungen
 + Analyse von Datenstrukturen sowie Umsetzung effizienter Datenlösungen zur Unterstützung betrieblicher Abläufe Datenpflege/ Preisupdates in der Warenwirtschaft (Einlesen/ Abgleichen von Preislisten, anlegen/ prüfen neuer Artikel)
 * IT-Support & Systemadministration:
 + Anfrage, Bestellung, Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung der firmeneigenen PCs, Notebooks, Drucker, Scanner und der zugehörigen Software
 + Einrichtung und Betreuung von Netzwerk- und Arbeitsplatzdruckern Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden im technischen Alltag (First- und Second-Level-Support)
 * Dokumentation & Optimierung:
 + Dokumentation aller Datenbankänderungen, Migrationsschritte, IT-Systeme und Wartungsprozesse
 + Erstellung von Anwenderdokumentationen und internen Leitfäden
