* Eigenverantwortlicher First- und Second-Level-Support sowie kompetente technische Beratung unserer Kunden
 * Unterstützung der Anwendungsberater und Kundenbetreuung
 * Mitgestaltung und Pflege praxisnaher Anwenderdokumentationen
 * Mitwirkung in der kontinuierlichen Produktentwicklung durch intensiven Austausch mit der Softwareentwicklung
 * Ca. 70% Support vom Standort Kusterdingen aus, ca. 30% Einsätze beim Kunden in der Region
 * Montage, Wartung, Reparatur und Inbetriebnahme unserer Kassensysteme bei Kunden, per Fernwartung und vor Ort
