* Experience in Software Configuration Management (SCM) of development data
 * Detailed experience managing ClearCase and ClearQuest with Base/ Unified Change Management(UCM)
 * Experience in handling GIT or Bitbucket projects and servers

## Description

Drive efficient and effective deployment of Software ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) & DevSecOps tools. You will help in deploying and upgrade of IBM ClearCase/ClearQuest and Atlassian tools and drive efficient usage. You will act as the direct interface between tools team and users and resolving any user issues/support needs., * Application deployment and upgrade of IBM ClearCase/ClearQuest and Atlassian tools.

 * Coordinate with the application development teams, business stakeholders and IT, define the upgrade and communication plan for the tool's users, send out upgrade, informational and outage notifications
 * Implement robust operational monitoring for all tools in scope with publicly visible dashboards and application availability status
 * Regularly assess and maintain Honeywell Global Security standards including, patching, hardening, use of standardized images
 * Contribute to incident management investigation and root cause analysis when tools are affected, implement corrective and preventive actions; ensure the team is represented on IT outage bridges and communication channels when appropriate
 * Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and contractors for tools development and maintenance activities
 * Ensure a five-star user experience and address improvement requests and suggestion
