## About the Role

0-2 years' experience in IT Support, Service Desk or Desktop Support.
Good working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira or Zendesk.
Basic networking and troubleshooting knowledge.
A proactive attitude, strong communication skills and a passion for IT.
Corporate IT support experience would be a bonus!

We're looking for a motivated IT Support Analyst to join a leading global investment organisation on an exciting 12-month contract!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting users and working with the latest workplace technologies.
You'll be joining a friendly, collaborative IT team where you'll gain valuable hands-on experience across 1st and 2nd Line Support in a fast-paced corporate environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing hands-on 1st and 2nd Line IT Support to employees.
Setting up, configuring and deploying laptops and devices.
Troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware and software issues.
Supporting new starters with IT onboarding and equipment setup.
Managing IT support tickets and maintaining IT inventory.
Working alongside experienced technical specialists to resolve issues.
