* Proven experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Power Query, and pivot tables
 * Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
 * Proficiency in SQL and experience querying relational databases
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
 * Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences
 * Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
