You have 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics and work fluently in both SQL and Python, writing complex queries, big data optimization and building reliable analysis pipelines. * Experienced in anomaly detection. You have 1+ years of hands-on experience developing and validating detection approaches, balancing fraud detection effectiveness with false positives and business impact. * An investigator by nature. You turn ambiguous problems into structured investigations, uncover suspicious patterns, and validate hypotheses to distinguish genuine fraud signals from noise. * Statistically grounded. You understand experimentation, hypothesis testing, and statistical concepts to validate findings and draw sound conclusions. * You own the solution, not just the analysis.You translate validated insights into effective detection logic and automated monitoring that improves fraud prevention at scale. * Automation-minded. You build reusable analytical frameworks and pipelines that improve efficiency and reliability. Experience with Airflow or dbt is a plus. * Collaborative and business-aware. You translate complex findings into actionable recommendations, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and take ownership of your impact. * Anti-fraud experience is a big plus.
