## About the Role

* Current SC clearance and eligibility to undertake DV clearance
 * Proven experience in a 3rd Line Infrastructure or Managed Services environment
 * Extensive Microsoft Windows Server administration experience
 * Strong Active Directory expertise, including GPOs, DNS, LDAP, Kerberos, delegation and trust relationships
 * Experience with VMware and virtualisation technologies
 * Exchange administration experience
 * PKI and certificate management experience
 * PowerShell scripting and automation skills
 * Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
 * Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions
 * Experience with Citrix technologies, messaging platforms, Ivanti Device Control, SecureEnvoy 2FA, Nexthink, endpoint security and anti-virus platforms, or enterprise monitoring and infrastructure management tools would be advantageous

## Description

* Provide expert-level troubleshooting and incident resolution
 * Deliver solutions and workarounds to minimise service disruption
 * Support and maintain critical Windows Server environments
 * Manage and prioritise multiple technical tasks and projects
 * Collaborate with customers, stakeholders and wider technical teams
 * Review service performance and identify opportunities for improvement
 * Support infrastructure deployments, upgrades and enhancements
 * Participate in an on-call support rota
