## About the Role

* Strong technical background in Navision / Dynamics NAV and Business Central
 * Deep understanding of system architecture and how complex, customised solutions fit together
 * Experience in a Technical Lead, Technical Architect, or similar senior technical role
 * Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence advising at senior level
 * Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
 * Collaborative leadership style and experience guiding delivery teams

## Description

* Own the technical relationship with our largest customer and embed yourself within their organisation
 * Act as the customers technical subject matter expert, guiding strategy and decisions across their NAV and Business Central estate
 * Work with senior stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into technical solutions
 * Explain complex technical concepts in clear business language and translate business needs for technical teams
 * Build long-term trust and credibility at every level of the customers business
 * Lead and collaborate with developers and consultants to design and deliver effective solutions
 * Work alongside our business owner to shape the direction of the account
