About the Role

They provide a cutting-edge Enterprise AI Orchestration platform that enables global organizations to build, deploy, and monitor sophisticated AI agents. Our technology handles complex, multi-channel workflows-spanning voice, chat, and back-office systems-across any language or cultural context.

Key Responsibilities

 * Technical Sales Sovereignty: Lead early-stage technical discovery, deliver high-impact demos, and navigate complex architecture and security reviews with enterprise stakeholders.
 * Hands-on Engineering: Serve as a lead contributor-shipping code, building bespoke integrations, and maintaining rigorous quality standards for production deployments.
 * Team Scaling: Recruit and mentor a high-performing technical organization across engineering, solution architecture, and pre-sales.
 * Deployment & Accuracy: Oversee the full lifecycle of customer integrations, ensuring AI agents meet strict production accuracy and performance KPIs.
 * Product Advocacy: Act as the bridge between the local market and global Product/Engineering teams, translating customer friction into product features.
 * Regional Leadership: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the region, managing strategic partnerships and high-priority escalations.
