## About the Role

## Description

IT-Support (1st, 2nd, 3rd Level) inkl. technischer Dokumentationen im Ticketsystem

 - Analyse, Priorisierung sowie Behebung von Service-Requests und Incidents sowie Troubleshooting
 - On/Offboarding und Einweisung von Usern sowie Bereitstellung von Arbeitsmitteln (Lenovo)
 - Aufbau und Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen, Konfiguration/Installation von Hardware, Druckern und Software
 - Administration und Support im Bezug auf Active Directory (Anlage von Usern, PW, GPO uvm.) und der hybriden IT-Infrastruktur (MS O365, Azure)
 - Mobile Device Management (apple/Android) und Softwareverteilung
 - Wartung und Pflege der Netzwerkinfrastruktur (z.B. Netzwerkperipherie, Switche, Router, WLAN) und von VoIP
 - Unterstützung in der Administration der virtualisierten Server- und Netzwerkumgebung sowie VoIP
 - Durchführung innovativer Projekte und Kollaboration mit externen Dienstleister
