## About the Role

You'll have experience in a similar IT Support, Service Desk or IT Administrator role and possess:

 * Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
 * Experience supporting Windows laptops and Android devices.
 * User account, licence and password management experience.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID or similar device management tools.
 * Experience working with IT ticketing systems.
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 * MUST HOLD AN ACTIVE DBS TO BE CONSIDERED

## Description

We're supporting a well-established client in Bradford who are looking for an IT Support Technician to join their team.

This is a hands-on role where you'll act as the first point of contact for IT support, helping staff with Microsoft 365, laptops, mobile devices and account administration. You'll ensure tickets are logged and resolved efficiently, support onboarding and offboarding activities, manage IT assets, and help maintain a secure and effective IT environment., * Provide 1st line IT support to staff via phone, email and helpdesk.

 * Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Outlook, Windows, printer and mobile device issues.
 * Manage user accounts, licences, passwords and MFA within Microsoft 365.
 * Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
 * Maintain the IT asset register and device inventory.
 * Assist with Intune device management and mobile phone administration.
 * Escalate and follow up with third-party suppliers where required.
 * Support IT security processes including device lock and wipe procedures.
