## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience in an implementation, project or consultancy role, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.

 * Proven project management experience: you run several projects at once without losing overview or quality.

 * Strong stakeholder management skills, internally and externally. You're comfortable at the table with senior decisionmakers, and you don't avoid difficult conversations.

 * Hands-on change management experience: You know a successful go-live is about people, not just configuration
 * Tech-savvy and data-driven: No coding is needed, but you learn new tools fast, use data to steer your projects and explain it all even faster.
 * Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level).
