Experience running workshops with business users and turning what they say into a design and a specification. Comfort working remotely across countries in a programme team made up of several companies. Useful but not essential: SAP Business Network for Logistics, or a carrier visibility platform. Day rate: EUR 400 a day. Language: English. The programme A global manufacturing organisation is moving its transportation processes onto SAP Transportation Management (TM) on S/4HANA. You will own the TM solution for the waves you are given. You will run fit-to-standard sessions with the business, decide what the template already covers and what is a real local gap, and design the answer without breaking the global standard. You will then carry that design through build, testing, cutover and early support after go-live. What you will work on Fit-gap for each rollout wave. Local transport practice, carriers, legal and document needs measured against the global design. TM solution design on S/4HANA. Freight planning, carrier selection and tendering, freight order execution, charge calculation and freight settlement. Integration across the S/4HANA logistics chain. Outbound sales orders and deliveries, inbound purchasing flows, warehouse execution, and freight cost through to finance. Carrier connectivity. EDI or business network onboarding, tracking, and status messages from carriers. Functional specifications for the build team, working closely with integration, development and test leads. Test planning and defect resolution through integration and user acceptance testing. Cutover, hypercare and handover to support for each wave. Feeding what each wave teaches back into the template, so the next wave starts from a better base. What you bring
