 * Sie stellen Hardware und Software bereit, installieren und konfigurieren diese für unsere Mitarbeitenden
 * Sie verwalten Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungen und Zugriffsrechte
 * Sie fungieren im 1st-Level-Support als erste Anlaufstelle für IT-Fragen unserer Kolleg:innen
 * Sie unterstützen bei Rollouts neuer Betriebssysteme und Softwaretools
 * Sie wirken aktiv in spannenden IT-Projekten zur Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung mit
 * Sie pflegen die IT-Dokumentation und unsere Website
