Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, * knowledge of a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc.

## Description

* Support Project Manager in administration tasks during project rollout
 * 1 Years Administration experience
 * Commissioning Installation/Delivery/Move/Collection/Training services from specified HP suppliers
 * Disposal of unwanted equipment
 * Manage Project Documentation Repository
 * Produce Certificate of Acceptance (COA) documents for customer signature. File and distribute signed copies.
 * Support handover to Account Delivery Managers (ADMs) of sites/phases where transition is complete
 * Support Project Manager with Administrative tasks e.g. minute taking, meeting set-up
 * Participate and make a positive contribution to Project planning, co-ordination and review meetings as required to successfully deliver the project
 * Support Project Managers (PMs) to manage and close project risks and issues
 * Administration of central repository
 * Document Management - Reporting - Producing and publishing consolidated reports
 * Maintain incoming and outgoing correspondence for mailbox
 * Logistics (tracking/planning)
