## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience in systems administration or systems engineering
 * Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
 * Experience managing Windows 10/11 endpoints in an enterprise environment
 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD)
 * Experience with endpoint security, device compliance, configuration profiles, and application deployment
 * Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
 * Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows infrastructure
 * Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system, and endpoint-related issues
 * Understanding of Microsoft security technologies and best practices
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Desired Skills & Experience

 * Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, AZ-104, or related certifications
 * Experience with Autopilot and modern Windows provisioning
 * Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
 * Experience with Conditional Access and Entra ID security
 * Familiarity with Azure infrastructure and cloud services
 * Experience migrating from traditional Group Policy/SCCM environments to Intune
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM)
 * Experience with scripting, automation, and infrastructure-as-code concepts
 * Experience supporting hybrid or cloud-first environments

 * Design, configure, and maintain Microsoft Intune policies, profiles, applications, and compliance policies
 * Manage Windows endpoint deployments using Microsoft Autopilot
 * Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and related Microsoft cloud services
 * Support Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows servers, and hybrid infrastructure
 * Develop PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive administrative tasks
 * Troubleshoot endpoint, identity, application, and infrastructure issues
 * Implement and maintain endpoint security and compliance standards
 * Participate in cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and technology modernization projects
 * Evaluate new Microsoft technologies and recommend solutions that improve security, efficiency, and user experience
 * Partner with security and IT teams to implement best practices across the environment
 * Document systems, configurations, procedures, and technical solutions
