## About the Role

* BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience
 * Strong knowledge of OSI model, TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, ARP, SNMP, and VLAN (802.1Q) configuration
 * Advanced Python and Bash scripting skills with proven test automation framework experience (e.g., pytest)
 * Proficiency with network diagnostic tools such as Wireshark, iPerf, tcpdump, traceroute, and ethtool
 * Solid CI/CD and DevOps experience with the ability to debug across the full OSI stack

## Description

* Build and maintain Python-based test automation frameworks for Ethernet compliance, integration, and performance validation
 * Develop PCAP/tcpdump tooling and fault injection scripts to validate ARP, ICMP, FCS, link-loss, and failure recovery test cases
 * Configure and manage VLAN-segmented (802.1Q) topologies across bench and HIL test setups, including power supplies, DAQ systems, and relay controls
 * Validate interoperability between network switches and sensors; ensure compliance with security and PPAP standards for Ethernet ECUs
 * Own technical documentation for frameworks, test methodologies, and system configurations
