## Description

* You support the CRM project team in system configuration activities and contribute to setting up structured and scalable solutions
 * You assist in documenting business requirements, processes, and use cases to ensure transparency and alignment across stakeholders
 * You document technical configurations and system settings to support maintainability and knowledge transfer
 * You support data preparation, migration, and validation to ensure consistency and quality across systems
 * You participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), helping to identify issues and validate functionality
