* 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
 * Strong experience with TypeScript and React for modern web application development
 * Professional experience developing backend services with Go and/or Python
 * Experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS
 * Hands-on experience with robotics software development
 * Strong proficiency in C/C++
 * Experience working with ROS (Robot Operating System)
 * Experience building scalable APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
 * Familiarity with software architecture, system design, and performance optimization
 * Experience developing monitoring, observability, and operational tooling
 * Strong understanding of software development best practices, CI/CD, testing, and version control
 * Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative startup environment

Desired Skills & Experience

 * Experience working with autonomous systems, machine learning, or AI-driven decision-making platforms
 * Experience integrating software with sensors, actuators, and industrial hardware
