 * 5+ years of professional software development experience
 * Strong experience with Java and object-oriented programming principles

 * Experience developing, testing, and deploying enterprise-scale applications
 * Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and web services
 * Experience working with relational databases and SQL
 * Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and Agile development practices
 * Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience

 * Active Top Secret (TS) clearance preferred
 * Existing DHS clearance strongly preferred
 * Experience with Angular, React, and/or TypeScript for front-end development
 * Experience working in federal government or DHS environments
 * Knowledge of cloud technologies and containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
 * Familiarity with security-focused application development and secure coding standards
 * Experience integrating front-end and back-end systems in enterprise environments
