## Description

* Lead the IT strategy and execution for quote-to-cash transformation initiatives across BA, with significant focus on HBS
 * Drive deployment and optimization of enterprise platforms including SAP CPQ, Salesforce (CRM and Field Service Lightning), SAP ERP, and ERP/e-commerce integrations
 * Partner with Finance, Operations, and corporate IT teams to define priorities and deliver solutions
 * Implement AI business transformation initiatives that delivers impactful business outcome
 * Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions while leading change management and adoption efforts
 * Oversee ongoing transformation programs including CPQ deployments, CRM enhancements, and service platform modernization
 * Lead a global team of approximately 20+ IT professionals
 * Drive cross-functional alignment and stakeholder consensus
 * Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and delivery governance
