## About the Role

* 5+ years of professional software development experience
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
 * Advanced experience with C# and .NET technologies
 * Strong front-end development experience with React
 * Proven experience leading technical projects or owning application delivery from requirements through deployment
 * Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with minimal oversight
 * Experience making architectural and implementation decisions independently
 * Experience with Git source control and collaborative development processes
 * Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
 * Experience working within Agile development environments
 * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices
 * Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
 * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

* Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise software applications
 * Own the end-to-end delivery of software solutions from business requirements through implementation and deployment
