## About the Role

Kelly Services is hiring Load Port Technicians to work with TSMC in North Phoenix . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates early in their careers who have experience in mechanical, automotive, manufacturing, production, electronics, maintenance, assembly, warehouse, or other hands-on technical environments.

You don't need previous semiconductor experience. TSMC will provide training on the processes and equipment you'll be working with., This position may be a great opportunity if you have 1-2 years of experience in:

 * Automotive or mechanical work
 * Manufacturing or production
 * Machine operation
 * Maintenance
 * Electronics
 * Assembly
 * Quality inspection
 * Warehouse or material handling
 * Equipment operation
 * Other hands-on technical work, * High School Diploma or GED
 * Reliable attendance and employment history
 * Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills
 * Strong attention to detail
 * Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs
 * Mechanical/technical aptitude and willingness to learn
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 * Comfortable standing and walking for most of a 12-hour shift
 * Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
 * Comfortable wearing cleanroom PPE, including masks, goggles and specialized shoes

## Description

As a Load Port Technician, you'll work in TSMC's semiconductor manufacturing environment and receive training on the processes required for the position., * Handling and transferring semiconductor wafers and materials

 * Working with FOUPs and FOSBs
 * Packing and unpacking materials
 * Using manual tools and equipment when required
 * Replenishing materials and supplies
 * Cleaning and preparing load ports
 * Following detailed SOPs and safety procedures
 * Using computer systems and monitoring multiple screens
 * Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
 * Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals
