## About the Role

Performance Management, Operations Management, Business Operations, Requirements Management, Performance Analysis, Reporting Skills, Data Analysis, Operations Planning, Technical Operations, Database Design, * Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience with a broad range of exposure to system analysis, application development, database design and administration, or 7 years of experience with a broad range of exposure to systems analysis, application development and administration.

 * Experience with and understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance concepts and processes (e.g. policies, audits, controls metrics)
 * Experience with a GRC Solution

 * Strong proficiency in programming and query languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) with the ability to independently develop, optimize, and troubleshoot queries.
 * Ability to create dynamic and engaging dashboards leveraging data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI.
 * Experience using automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, UiPath) to support data preparation, workflow execution, and process improvements.
 * Solid project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, track deliverables, and resolve issues in moderately complex initiatives.
