Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire. ## Description * Responsible for representing Crown's Retail Sales Organization in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Activity Management, Quotation, and Business Analytics * Responsible for designing, creating and maintaining key business processes with Crown's CRM solution * Responsible for ongoing support of Global users in Crown's CRM solution * Conduct Global Blueprinting validation and design sessions related to SAP Cloud for Sales, Cloud for Marketing, and * Perform necessary system configuration to achieve business requirements for the specific area. * Coordinate system enhancements with Crown and Third-Party developers. * Provide support for current users and Crown Help Desk. * Create design and configuration documents to support new functionality, system enhancements and continuous improvement tasks. * Provide training and support for Global implementation and updates to Crown's CRM solution.
