 * Experience designing responsive web applications
 * Experience creating mobile-first user experiences
 * Knowledge of design systems and reusable component libraries
 * Familiarity with accessibility standards and WCAG principles
 * Ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering teams
 * Experience working on enterprise, SaaS, logistics, field operations, or workflow-oriented software Desired Skills & Experience
 * Experience supporting Android mobile applications
 * Experience in healthcare, transportation, or logistics technology
 * Understanding of analytics-driven design decisions
 * Design QA and release support experience
 * Knowledge of front-end development constraints

 * Lead UX and UI design initiatives across web and mobile platforms
 * Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs
