Einrichtung und Vorbereitung von Kundensystemen

 - Aufbau, Inbetriebnahme, Konfiguration von Arbeitsplätzen sowie Peripheriegeräten Kunden vor Ort
 - Hard- und Softwareinstallationen, Updates, Patches
 - Betreuung der Kunden vor Ort oder via Fernwartung
 - Dokumentation der Tätigkeiten im hauseigenen Ticketsystem sowie dem Ticketsystem des Kunde
